14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Important: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Hygiene & Safety Standards

For health and hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be returned with the original hygiene liner intact. Items without the protective liner cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Please try on swimwear over your own undergarments to ensure the hygiene seal remains unbroken.

How to Return Your Order

    Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24 hours.

    Pack Your items

    Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and hygiene liners intact. Include your return authorisation number.

    Ship Your Return

    We do not provide a pre-paid label. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.
